To begin the quest, talk to the Duke of Blena, who is in the basement of the north-eastern-most house inside the walls of Blena, asking him if he needs any help.
- Give the Frozen Hide given by the Duke of Blena to the Duke of Aracia.
- Get the Bablo Hide from Mark.
- Deliver the hide to the Duke of Blena.
