Sand Cave is an area located on Sandy Island. It has two entrances from the island:
- the northwest entrance (first image below) leads to a small cave with Pukin Heads, a quest chest behind a gate that requires a cooked Frozen Key purchasable from Suribo, and a hole to the dead end of The Underpass, and
- the northeast entrance (second image below) leads to a cave with Mummies and Pukin Heads, a hole to the Sand Chest (Repeatable) in The Underpass, and an entrance to the Sand Walker's Cove containing Sand Walkers.
